Do your products need refrigeration?
No, they are shelf stable in the box because no air comes in contact with the concentrate, even after opening, for up to 1 year.
How does one use your foodservice concentrates?
To make single strength broth, simply follow chart on the back of the box. For example: to make one gallon of broth, turn the spout on the side of the box to dispense 3 tablespoons of concentrate, then add to one gallon of water. Une only what you need. The concentrate is also a great way to add flavor to stews, sauces, gravies and rice dishes.
