Also available for industrial users, our Clean Label (No-MSG, No-HVP and No I+G) Broth Concentrate Pastes and Powders are produced by thermal processing of Stock and Natural Flavors to obtain a concentrated liquid with an intense flavor and aroma. These products have a complete roasted flavor profile with the body and topnotes. If desired, compounded topnotes may be added to these reaction flavors for cost effectiveness. Due to the high concentration levels they can be used in a variety of applications such as soups, gravies, marinades, frozen entrees, bouillon etc. Strength indication of 100X is a conservative estimate and lower use levels may be effective in several applications.
