| SAVORY ROASTED CHICKEN |
1 whole chicken (4-5 lbs.)
2 1/2 T Savory Creations 20X Chicken Broth Concentrate
1/4 cup water
2 1/2 T Savory Creations 20X Chicken Broth Concentrate

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425°. Dilute Savory Creations 20X Chicken Broth Concentrate in water. Using a poultry/meat injector, inject the mixture evenly into each breast and leg. Use approximately 25 ml or 1/2 syringe for each quarter section of the chicken.
Bake chicken for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375° and bake an additional 45 minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand for 5 minutes. Carve and serve.
SOUP
Break up a leftover chicken carcass and boil in 4-1/2 cups of water. Add 1 tsp salt and 4 tsp Savory Creations 20X Chicken Broth Concentrate. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and serve. Makes approximately 4 cups.
GRAVY
In a saucepan heat 1/2 cup of chicken drippings or butter. Stir in 1/2 cup flour and 3 T of Savory Creations 20X Chicken Broth Concentrate. Once combined, slowly stir in 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes approximately 4 cups.
Serves 4 to 6.
